Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a full‑funnel performance marketer to own a product end‑to‑end, turning business goals into paid acquisition strategies across Google Search, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat and emerging channels. You will drive monthly lead and revenue targets, decode user behaviour, and collaborate with Marketing Communications, Creative, Analytics and Tech teams.

Key responsibilities

• Run paid campaigns from setup to scaling on Google Search, YouTube, Meta, Snap and more, managing budgets, pacing, CAC and lead volumes.
• Connect platform metrics to landing pages, CRM and sales funnels, identify leakages and improve intent flows.
• Design and execute structured A/B tests on creatives, formats, audiences and landing pages.
• Maintain accurate pixel, conversion and event tracking; audit UTMs and data flow.
• Build weekly dashboards highlighting wins, misses, anomalies and actionable insights.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience running Google Search, Meta, YouTube and Snapchat campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data beyond raw numbers.
• Experience managing full‑funnel lead‑generation campaigns in a fast‑paced, experiment‑heavy environment.
• High ownership mindset focused on hitting monthly targets.
