Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Assistant Manager to lead and optimise paid digital campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The role focuses on delivering measurable growth, maximising ROI, and efficiently managing budgets while collaborating with creative and content teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise performance campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies and audience targeting to achieve cost‑effective conversions.
• Track, analyse and report performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager and Google Tag Manager.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, copy and audience segments.
• Monitor key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR and LTV.
• Work with creative and content teams to produce high‑performing ad assets.
• Implement and maintain conversion tracking, pixels and event tags across platforms.
• Identify new growth opportunities through emerging channels, audiences and ad formats.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of managing high‑budget campaigns with strong ROI.
• Excellent analytical mindset and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
