Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing will drive growth on the Q‑Com platform by planning, executing and optimizing in‑app campaigns. You will treat each campaign as an experiment, constantly measuring performance and maximizing ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end growth on the Q‑Com platform through on‑app campaigns.
• Plan, launch, A/B test, analyze and iterate campaigns to increase orders and repeat usage.
• Manage the full consumer funnel, from acquisition to retention.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and Key Account Managers to create monthly performance marketing plans.
• Develop and execute performance‑driven strategies on Meta, Google and other digital media to complement Q‑Com sales.
• Coordinate regular settlement of claims with relevant stakeholders.

• Experience working in a fast‑paced consumer‑goods or food‑processing environment.
