About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Maintenance to lead and support maintenance activities across our projects. The role involves coordinating technical drawings, cost estimation, and on‑site execution of civil and structural works.
Key responsibilities
- Review and approve AutoCAD drawings and related documentation.
- Evaluate Bills of Quantities (BOQ), prepare RFQs and perform cost estimations.
- Manage fabrication and erection activities for structural works and equipment installation.
- Oversee civil construction tasks such as PCC, RCC, quantity verification, and Joint Measurement Records (JMRs).
Required profile
- Proficient in AutoCAD and drawing review processes.
- Experience managing fabrication, erection, and equipment installation.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction works including PCC and RCC.
