About the role

We are seeking a highly driven HR professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager – HR, focusing on HR systems, analytics, AI‑driven solutions, and automation. The role blends deep problem discovery with the design of scalable technology solutions that enhance the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation and ongoing management of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including configuration, enhancements, and user adoption.
• Own the HR tech stack (HRMS, LMS, integrations), continuously evaluate architecture for scalability, and troubleshoot issues with vendors and IT teams.
• Identify, prototype, and roll out AI use cases such as predictive analytics, chat‑bot automation, and intelligent workflows using tools like Gemini and ChatGPT.
• Apply first‑principles thinking to redesign HR processes, focusing on user‑first solutions and measurable improvements.
• Build advanced dashboards, reports, and predictive models to provide actionable insights on HR metrics.
