About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy HR professional to join our fast‑paced team in Goa as an Assistant Manager HR Business Partner focused on Sales. You will act as the bridge between business objectives and talent strategy, using data‑driven insights to deliver impactful people solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand talent needs and align them with growth strategies.
• Build trusted relationships across teams, fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture.
• Track, analyze and leverage HR metrics such as attrition, engagement and performance trends to design smart talent solutions.
• Influence and negotiate with cross‑functional stakeholders on people initiatives and organizational change.
• Manage talent reviews, performance cycles, engagement initiatives and conflict resolution swiftly while maintaining quality.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of core HR Business Partner experience in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment (tech, D2C, startup or agile corporate).
• Currently based in Goa or a Goan professional willing to relocate back home.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Analytical mindset comfortable using data to tell a story and justify decisions.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Immediate availability or ability to join within 15–30 days.
