Assistant Manager – HR Business Partner

About the role

The Assistant Manager – HR Business Partner will be based on‑site in Raipur, partnering with business leaders and line managers to align workforce needs with organisational goals. This full‑time position provides end‑to‑end HR support across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Support talent acquisition, workforce planning and recruitment activities.
• Facilitate performance management, goal setting and feedback cycles.
• Assist learning and development initiatives and coordinate training.
• Handle employee relations, policy implementation and compliance with labour laws and company standards.
• Contribute to HR analytics, reporting and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive engagement initiatives and embed company culture.

Required profile

• Prior experience in an HR Business Partner or core HR role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Familiarity with HRIS tools, MS Excel and PowerPoint, and basic project‑management skills.
