Assistant Manager - Growth Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to drive user acquisition and revenue growth for our app and web platforms through paid digital channels. You will own the end‑to‑end performance marketing funnel, from strategy and media planning to execution and optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Display, Search, YouTube and other third‑party networks.
• Own full‑funnel execution including audience strategy, bid management, budget allocation and reporting.
• Build and maintain an experimentation roadmap covering creatives, audiences, landing pages, bidding models and placements.
• Monitor and improve core metrics such as CAC, CPI, CPR, ROAS and LTV.
• Identify new channel opportunities, test emerging ad products and scale high‑performing acquisition levers.
• Develop daily, weekly and monthly reporting frameworks with actionable insights for leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience managing e‑commerce performance marketing campaigns.
• Hands‑on expertise with paid advertising channels including Facebook, Instagram, Google Display, Search and YouTube.
• Deep understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
