Assistant Manager – GeM Bidding & Manpower Outsourcing

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our Government e-Marketplace (GeM) bidding and manpower outsourcing operations in Gujarat. The role involves managing end‑to‑end tender processes, ensuring statutory compliance, and coordinating with government departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of manpower service tenders on the GeM portal.
• Prepare and submit technical and financial bids with full compliance documentation.
• Attend pre‑bid meetings with government departments.
• Coordinate execution of affidavits, notarized documents, EMDs, stamp papers, and other legal paperwork.
• Maintain daily MIS reports on bid status, deadlines, and operational updates.
• Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory requirements.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in government bidding and manpower outsourcing.
• Strong knowledge of GeM processes and statutory labour compliance.
• Based in or willing to work from Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar.
• Added advantage: experience in payroll, PF, ESIC and related statutory compliance.
