Assistant Manager Finance

About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel finance team as an Assistant Manager Finance and help shape the financial performance of the property. You will provide expert financial guidance to the General Manager and operations team while upholding Hilton’s hospitality values.

Key responsibilities

• Apply best‑practice accounting within a strong control framework.
• Deliver clear, actionable financial insights through regular reporting.
• Provide commercial and financial guidance to support operational decisions.
• Integrate smart IT solutions to improve efficiency.
• Drive strong returns on capital projects and investments.
• Align budgets with strategic goals and produce accurate forecasts.
• Develop and mentor a capable finance team.
• Safeguard liquidity through effective cash management.
• Identify and implement cost‑efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial operational accounting role.
• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrated alignment with Hilton’s core values: hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel systems: OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA/OnQ PMS, MICROS, HRLINK.
