About the role
The Assistant Manager – F&B Service will support the efficient operation of the food and beverage outlet at Hyatt Centric Hebbal, Bangalore. Working closely with the Outlet Manager, you will help deliver the brand’s standards while ensuring guest satisfaction and financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Outlet Manager in day‑to‑day management of the assigned outlet.
- Help run the outlet as an independent profit centre in line with Hyatt International standards.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through service excellence.
- Operate within budgetary constraints and contribute to the outlet’s financial success.
- Support staff in delivering consistent quality and adherence to brand concepts.
Required profile
- Relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager, Team Leader or Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
