Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing

About the role

Milagrow HumanTech, India’s leading convenience‑robot brand, is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead its digital marketing initiatives. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive strategy, execution, and performance across multiple online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns on email, social media, search, display advertising and the Amazon marketplace.
• Measure ROI and KPIs, producing regular performance reports.
• Conduct market research to uncover trends and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with creative, content and web teams to deliver engaging assets and improve user experience.
• Maintain the monthly event calendar in Zoho and schedule events.
• Use lead‑generation tools to increase brand awareness and conversions.
• Manage social‑media accounts, create reels, stories and other short‑form content.
• Oversee Amazon and other e‑commerce platform marketing activities.
• Plan and execute monthly PR initiatives.
• Handle SEO optimisation for the corporate website.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing and display advertising.
