Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Assistant Manager to join our Performance Marketing team. You will own the planning, execution, and optimisation of remarketing and acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels, directly influencing budget decisions and business growth for our travel‑related services.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and monitor remarketing and acquisition campaigns on Google, Meta, affiliate networks and other platforms.
• Analyse performance data, identify trends and optimise campaigns using quantitative insights.
• Create clear, actionable reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Define and track KPI metrics required for performance management.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to test new strategies and creative assets.
• Deliver measurable improvements in ROI and cost‑per‑acquisition (CPA) across all channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on Google and Meta platforms.
• Hands‑on experience setting up campaigns for remarketing, new acquisition and digital branding, with knowledge of Search, Performance‑Max, UAC, Catalogue and AAA formats.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project‑management capability and a creative, critical‑thinking approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
