Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager to lead our Marketing initiatives for Bosch Rexroth India. The role combines event management, marketing program execution, and digital presence to strengthen our brand across industrial and mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of all company events, including customer events, technical seminars, industry exhibitions, and trade fairs.
• Coordinate exhibition and trade‑fair campaigns, maintaining integrated content calendars using specialized planning tools.
• Manage end‑to‑end marketing programs, collaborating with teams in India and global offices.
• Conduct market research and industry studies to inform strategy.
• Build connections through conferences, sponsorships, and symposiums.
• Set, monitor, and report on marketing KPIs to align with sales and brand objectives.
• Manage and optimise Bosch Rexroth’s social‑media profiles (LinkedIn, X, YouTube) and oversee digital content creation.
