Assistant Manager Community Mobilization

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead community mobilization efforts that support our project activities. You will act as the bridge between the project team and local communities, ensuring effective communication and sustainable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement community mobilization plans aligned with project goals.
• Conduct awareness programs, workshops, and meetings with community members.
• Serve as liaison between project teams and community stakeholders.
• Identify key stakeholders and maintain clear communication channels.
• Address community concerns, grievances, and feedback in coordination with project teams.
• Track engagement activities, document participation, and prepare periodic reports.
• Support monitoring of social impact and compliance with relevant guidelines.
• Assist in training programs on water management and sanitation awareness.
• Facilitate knowledge‑transfer initiatives to ensure long‑term project sustainability.
