About the role
Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for Catering Sales to join its dynamic sales team. This position combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution to drive revenue, build client relationships, and deliver memorable hospitality experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all initiatives of the hotel’s catering sales team.
- Maximise revenue and growth by aligning activities with the business plan.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities for the hotel.
- Develop collaborative relationships with internal departments and external partners.
- Achieve sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Enhance the hotel’s community image through effective sales strategies.
Required profile
- Proven track record in a similar sales‑management role within a quality environment.
- Commercially astute, motivated by challenge and able to multitask.
- Strong communication, negotiation and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Clear thinker with the ability to drive productivity and sales volume.
