Assistant Manager – Campaign Management

About the role

Medanta is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead campaign management initiatives that drive repeat revenue and lifetime value for existing patients across its multi‑specialty hospitals. You will plan, execute, and optimise multi‑channel marketing programmes while collaborating closely with doctors and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow repeat revenues and patient LTV through targeted campaigns.
• Design, launch, and measure conversion tests across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push/web notifications, direct mail, in‑app and on‑site channels.
• Coordinate with doctors for content creation, approval and campaign alignment.
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, and adjust upsell/cross‑sell programmes.
• Identify trends, generate insights and optimise spend based on data.
• Work with Product, Performance Marketing, Data, Content and Design teams to uncover growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in campaign management or marketing, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven track record of planning and executing CRM campaigns with a strong understanding of customer lifecycle and personalization.
• Ability to lead a team, set targets and achieve retention goals.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with WhatsApp, SMS, email, push/web notifications, direct mail, in‑app and on‑site messaging.
• Proficiency with engagement platforms such as Web Engage, Mo Engage, CleverTap and Netcore.
• Strong analytical and number‑crunching abilities.
