Assistant Manager – Brand Strategy

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Brand Strategy will plan and execute integrated brand and marketing communication initiatives to strengthen Godrej Properties' brand equity. You will ensure a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints and drive storytelling through campaigns, digital content, films, and on‑ground activations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage brand narratives across ATL and BTL channels, creating impactful visual storytelling.
• Conceptualise and oversee brand assets such as brand films, project videos, customer testimonials, newsletters, and social media content.
• Build and manage a content ecosystem, including influencer and creator collaborations aligned with brand strategy.
• Monitor online reputation, work with ORM agencies, and generate insights to improve brand perception.
• Create immersive brand experiences in sales offices and at customer touchpoints, and execute milestone events.
• Coordinate with creative, digital, PR, production, and event agencies to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, CRM, Design, Product, Digital, and Zonal Marketing teams for integrated initiatives.

Required profile

• MBA or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Mass Communication or related field.
• Strong understanding of brand storytelling, content creation, and influencer marketing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse digital sentiment and translate insights into actionable strategies.
