Assistant Manager – Architecture Design

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Architecture Design will support the creation and delivery of high‑quality architectural solutions for hospitality, residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with senior designers and cross‑functional teams to turn concepts into buildable designs while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural concepts and design proposals.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, 3D models and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP and interior teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Support client presentations, design reviews and obtain necessary approvals.
• Collaborate with consultants and vendors to maintain design intent during execution.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, zoning laws and project specifications.
• Manage documentation, BOQs and basic project coordination under senior guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognised institution.
• 3–5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably on hospitality or premium projects.
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning and construction detailing.
• Good communication, teamwork and time‑management abilities.
