Assistant Manager – Accounts Payable & Treasury

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our Accounts Payable and Treasury functions for the India operations. The role combines treasury fund management, bank liaison, and end‑to‑end accounts payable oversight while ensuring compliance with RBI and tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with global treasury and external commercial borrowing teams; manage credit limits and project loans.
• Ensure compliance with RBI ECB guidelines and file monthly ECB2 returns.
• Utilise hedging instruments to mitigate currency risk and maintain full hedge documentation and MTM accounting.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations, review bank charges, and resolve audit queries.
• Oversee accounts payable, vendor master data, statutory dues, inter‑company balances, and insurance coordination.
• Manage TDS/TCS computation, filing of quarterly returns, and issuance of Form 16A.
• Support cost centre, GL account, and cost allocation cycle maintenance in coordination with global reporting.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4‑6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, treasury operations, TDS, GST and RBI regulations.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external banks.
