Assistant Key Account Manager (E-commerce)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Key Account Manager to drive our online business across major e‑commerce and quick‑commerce platforms. The role involves managing product listings, promotions, and performance analytics to boost sales and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations on platforms such as Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy.
• Maintain catalogue hygiene, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, images, and inventory.
• Coordinate return handling and fulfilment processes to ensure smooth customer experiences.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and implement action plans for growth.
• Stay updated on advertising tools and marketplace best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and marketplace account managers to resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, market trends, and account health.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Flipkart and quick‑commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations and online sales processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with reporting tools.
