Assistant General Manager Marketing

About the role

The Assistant General Manager Marketing will lead commercial marketing initiatives for TRIL’s office and commercial portfolio. The role blends brand‑building with revenue‑driven activities to boost visibility, differentiate assets, and increase occupancy across commercial properties.

Key responsibilities

• Drive lead‑generation programs for commercial leasing and manage pipelines.
• Build and nurture relationships with IPCs, brokers, and channel partners.
• Define and implement brand strategy for commercial assets, ensuring consistent identity across all touchpoints.
• Create storytelling frameworks highlighting sustainability, design, experience, and location advantages.
• Develop integrated marketing plans (digital and offline) and produce collaterals such as pitch decks, brochures, virtual tours, and digital assets.
• Manage agencies, vendors, and production partners for campaign execution.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and provide insights for pricing, positioning, and tenant targeting.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Asset Management, Projects, Legal, and Finance teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
• Oversee marketing budgets, track campaign effectiveness, lead conversion, and ROI, and present performance dashboards to leadership.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in commercial real‑estate marketing, leasing marketing, or B2B marketing.
• Prior exposure to office parks, Grade A real‑estate portfolios, or similar commercial assets preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or PGDM preferred.
