Assistant General Manager – Digital Office (CDO Office)

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Digital Office to partner directly with the Chief Digital Officer (CDO). The role provides strategic thought partnership, governance oversight, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure the digital and technology agenda is executed efficiently and with clear visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Synthesize inputs from Product, TechOps, Data & Analytics, Shared Services, and Information Security to surface dependencies and decisions for the CDO.
• Drive governance and execution tracking across enterprise digital, technology, and transformation initiatives, managing program reviews, steering committees, and leadership forums.
• Monitor milestones, risks, and mitigation plans across multiple workstreams and ensure timely follow‑up on audit actions.
• Prepare leadership presentations, board updates, and executive communications, consolidating updates from various functions.
• Coordinate with business, technology, product, operations, and external partners to resolve dependencies and remove execution bottlenecks.
• Maintain a pulse on employee sentiment, attrition signals, and cross‑function collaboration quality, surfacing friction points early.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional programs in a fast‑paced digital or technology environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate fragmented inputs into coherent strategic views.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to bring structure, discipline, and accountability to large‑scale initiatives.
