Assistant Front Office Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

As an Assistant Front Office Manager at Six Senses Vana, you will support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences that align with the brand’s vision of wellness, sustainability and emotional hospitality. You will work closely with the Director of Rooms and other departments to ensure smooth front‑office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office activities, ensuring compliance with brand standards and legal requirements.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, room types, rates, packages and credit policies.
• Process reservations, advance deposits, and manage guaranteed bookings and no‑show policies.
• Track room availability, determine rates based on selling tactics, and support revenue optimisation.
• Collaborate with Guest Services, Reservations, Housekeeping and F&B to meet guest needs and ensure seamless arrivals.
• Manage guest history and profile systems in partnership with the Reservations Manager.
• Enforce cost‑focused practices through training and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2‑4 years of front office or guest services experience in a luxury hotel, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.
