Assistant Front Office Manager

About the role

The Assistant Front Office Manager supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front‑office operations at The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa. This role ensures smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, high guest satisfaction, and optimal financial performance of the department.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise front‑office teams including Bell/Doorman, Switchboard, and Guest Services/Front Desk staff.
• Maintain service standards, handle guest complaints, and resolve disputes promptly.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to hotel policies.
• Recognize and reward employee performance across all shifts.
• Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to develop and implement service improvement plans based on guest feedback.
• Assist in setting departmental goals, tracking progress, and reporting results.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of guest‑services or front‑desk experience, **or** a 2‑year degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to perform duties in the absence of team members and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
