Assistant Director - Total Rewards

About the role

The Assistant Director - Total Rewards will design and manage compensation frameworks, performance management processes, incentive programs, long‑term rewards, statutory compliance, and workforce analytics across global locations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, review and govern global compensation structures, salary ranges, job architecture and reward frameworks, and lead annual compensation review processes.
• Own and govern the performance management framework, managing appraisal cycles, goal‑setting, calibration and performance evaluations.
• Design and implement short‑term and long‑term incentive programs, including variable pay, sales incentives and LTIPs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Develop mobility solutions for global assignments and manage implementation of global incentive and long‑term reward programs.
• Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations across India, US, UK, Europe, China and Sri Lanka, monitoring pay‑transparency and equal‑pay requirements.
• Build executive dashboards and workforce analytics on compensation, performance, attrition, diversity and pay equity, and drive automation of rewards reporting.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards within financial services, analytics, technology or multinational environments, supporting multiple geographies.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
