ASOC Executive – Security Operations Centre

About the role

The ASOC Executive supports and manages security operations for Pinkerton’s Asia Pacific Security Operations Centre, monitoring alerts, intelligence sources and security systems to protect people, property, information and reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance and excellence.
• Monitor CCTV and access‑control alarms using CCURE 9000.
• Manage and maintain the access‑control system and related equipment inventory.
• Ensure annual maintenance contracts and preventive maintenance for security equipment.
• Track security gadgets, raise tickets for rectification and follow through.
• Generate access‑control reports for investigations and audits.
• Process photo ID badges, verify requisition forms and update badge databases.
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly security reporting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support tactical intelligence and crisis management.

Required profile

• Graduate with at least two years of experience in a Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) role.
• Experience working with CCURE access‑control systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and maintain meticulous documentation.
• Demonstrated confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
