ASIC Program Manager – Hyderabad or Japan

About the role

Edgecortix is seeking an experienced ASIC Program Manager to lead the execution of its ASIC development program. The role is critical for delivering ASICs that meet schedule, performance, power, cost, and quality targets across the connected intelligent edge market.

Key responsibilities

• Own program execution, managing schedule, performance, power, cost and quality metrics.
• Identify project risks, create mitigation plans, track them regularly and report to the executive team.
• Control dependencies, keep stakeholders informed, and enforce change‑control processes.
• Conduct milestone reviews and ensure ASIC development processes are followed.
• Report development milestones, metrics, risks and mitigation plans to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven ASIC program management experience across the full ASIC lifecycle.
• Meticulous planning, scheduling, execution and risk‑management skills.
• Collaboration with ASIC functional teams (Architecture, Design, Verification, DFT, Physical Design) and cross‑functional groups.
• Strong communication abilities and track record of delivering complex SOC projects.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Required skills

• ASIC lifecycle management and SOC design‑flow knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using project‑management tools for metrics definition and resource tracking.
