Asia Pacific Learning Manager & India Learning Partner

About the role

Lenovo is seeking an experienced Learning Manager to lead leadership development across the Asia Pacific region and act as the primary Learning & Development partner for India. You will design, deliver and govern programs that build leadership capability, support talent initiatives and embed a learning culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end deployment and governance of global leadership development programs across APAC.
• Partner with the Global Learning Center to adapt initiatives to regional business needs.
• Manage the annual leadership development calendar, ensuring alignment with talent strategies.
• Consult HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify capability gaps and recommend targeted interventions.
• Facilitate programs, evaluate effectiveness using analytics and feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate external vendors, facilitators and subject‑matter experts.
• Serve as the primary LD partner for India, conducting needs analysis and designing leadership, professional and behavioral programs.
• Promote self‑directed learning through Lenovo’s learning ecosystem and monitor participation, ROI and learning metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a multinational technology environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with HR and business leaders.
• Ability to balance regional cultural requirements with global standards.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
