About the role
A B S H & ASSOCIATES is seeking a motivated Articleship trainee to join its Mumbai office. This full‑time, on‑site position offers hands‑on experience in audit, compliance and consultancy projects for banks, corporates and high‑net‑worth clients.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior auditors on audit assignments for banks and corporate clients.
- Support compliance reviews and help prepare regulatory filings.
- Maintain accurate audit schedules, workpapers and client records.
- Participate in consultancy projects, conduct basic financial and regulatory research.
- Draft reports and presentations under guidance of senior team members.
Required profile
- Pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) with eligibility to register an Articleship.
- Strong academic foundation in accounting, audit and taxation.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards and basic banking regulations.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
