Arrumador de Apartamentos

About the role

We are looking for an Arrumador (room attendant) to keep our guest apartments, suites and bungalows clean, tidy and fully stocked. The role involves daily housekeeping tasks, supporting guest requests and ensuring all equipment and supplies are well maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, arrange and organize guest rooms, suites and bungalows.
• Restock linens, towels, bathroom kits and minibar items.
• Prepare beds on request and set up extra beds or cribs.
• Collect and separate used linens for washing.
• Maintain cleaning carts and inventory of housekeeping supplies.
• Complete daily service sheets and follow periodic cleaning schedules set by supervisors.
• Receive, verify and store housekeeping products.
• Ensure the care and proper use of all sector equipment and materials.

Required profile

• Incomplete elementary education (minimum requirement).
• At least 3 months of housekeeping experience.
• Attention to detail, good communication and teamwork.
• Ability to follow quality and productivity standards.

Required skills

• Basic housekeeping techniques (as taught in a “Curso de Técnicas Básicas de Governança”).
