About the role

The Area Talent Acquisition Executive will lead recruitment initiatives across a defined geography, ensuring the right talent is sourced, engaged, and onboarded efficiently. This role focuses on building robust talent pipelines, managing compliance, and delivering on critical hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive recruitment using an effective source mix while adhering to budget, SLA, and quality standards.
• Develop alternate sourcing channels such as college campuses, government skill development agencies, and employment exchanges.
• Manage recruitment compliance, including background checks, verification, and audit responses.
• Execute specific project requirements within defined timelines.
• Analyze recruitment dashboards and analytics regularly to ensure SLA compliance.
• Prioritize and fill critical positions in the assigned area.
• Collaborate with geography stakeholders to close requirements across verticals promptly.
• Engage candidates during the pre‑onboarding phase to enhance employee experience.

Required profile

• 2 to 6 years of recruitment experience.
• MBA or PGDM in Human Resources.
