About the role
3M is seeking an enthusiastic Area Sales Manager to cover the West Bengal territory. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop sales expertise while representing a globally recognised brand committed to innovation and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory by prospecting, presenting, and closing deals.
- Provide independent coverage of assigned accounts, ensuring regular customer contact and follow‑up.
- Manage the sales territory under supervision, reporting progress and challenges to the regional manager.
- Seek assistance when complex situations arise that require additional experience or knowledge.
