About the role

The Area Sales Manager will lead sales growth and business development for the Printer and Fleet market vertical across South India, operating from Bengaluru. This role focuses on expanding market penetration, strengthening brand experience, and building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and market penetration for printer and fleet business segments across the assigned territory.
• Promote and strengthen the Brand Experience concept among key stakeholders, including printers and converters for both retail and fleet segments.
• Understand customer requirements and pain points through regular market engagement and business reviews.
• Analyze market opportunities and develop innovative, customer‑centric solutions.
• Expand the customer base and strengthen channel partnerships to achieve sustainable growth.
• Identify and develop new market segments and application opportunities.
• Develop, manage, and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure long‑term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to maintain market leadership.
