About the role
The Area Sales Manager will drive business growth for Bosch's automotive aftermarket portfolio across the assigned region. You will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, managing product mix, and expanding workshop and retail networks.
Key responsibilities
- Implement the sales strategy in the area to achieve business growth.
- Set sales targets for trade customers to improve market share.
- Supervise sales programs for all products to achieve the desired product mix.
- Assess and collect receivables to support desired business growth.
- Contribute to workshop business development for secondary turnover growth.
- Execute and participate in secondary and tertiary trade programs to generate sales.
Required profile
- B.E/B.Tech degree (premier institute preferred); MBA in Marketing is desirable.
- 2‑5 years of experience in aftermarket sales, preferably in automotive, automobile or FMCG.
- 3+ years of experience in sales and distribution.
- Strong competence in sales, basic financial knowledge and product management.

- Microsoft Office (Windows)
