Area Sales Manager

About the role

The Area Sales Manager will drive sales growth within the assigned territory, focusing on the pharmaceutical and healthcare market. You will lead a team, develop strategies, and build strong relationships with doctors and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, doctors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and regularly update the doctors list.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in a timely manner.
• Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (B Pharm or BSc preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager with a proven track record.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
