Area Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to lead a group of 7‑10 Cluster Managers and their agents in delivering the company’s sales plan across the designated market. The role involves motivating the team, building strong partner relationships and ensuring that quote requests are processed efficiently to meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the overall business performance of the area through a team of Cluster Managers and sales agents.
• Drive the sales pipeline, set targets and monitor progress to achieve or exceed the business plan.
• Obtain and deliver quote requests from the market on time, ensuring high service quality.
• Track business volumes and growth regularly, providing updates to senior stakeholders.
• Analyse market dynamics and competitor offerings to inform channel partners and adapt strategies.
• Collect feedback from the team and partners to support product innovation and solution development.
• Collaborate with partners on client‑specific requirements to increase conversion rates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management, leading a team of multiple managers or agents.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitor activity.
• Ability to motivate and support a sales team to meet targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
