Area Sales Executive – Mumbai

About the role

Bright Office Products is seeking an Area Sales Executive to join its Mumbai team. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and promoting the company’s range of TIJ ink cartridges and inkjet printers within the coding and marking industry.

Key responsibilities

• Meet prospective and current customers to understand their coding and marking requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate pricing in line with company guidelines.
• Conduct regular market visits, monitor competitor activities and relay customer feedback to internal teams.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, track pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Coordinate with service and operations teams and represent the company at industry events or customer demonstrations.

Required profile

• Prior B2B sales experience in industrial products, printing, packaging or related sectors.
• Familiarity with the Mumbai market and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively and meet performance targets.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Basic technical understanding of coding and marking solutions, TIJ ink cartridges and TIJ handheld/online inkjet printers.
• Proficiency with basic office software such as email, spreadsheets and presentations.
• Comfort using digital tools for reporting and documentation.
