Area Manager

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Area Manager to lead a group of California Burrito restaurants across major Indian cities. The role combines operational oversight, team development and profit responsibility to ensure our brand standards and guest experience are consistently delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Own the performance of assigned restaurants, driving excellence in operations, hospitality, food safety and cleanliness.
• Coach and mentor restaurant teams, resolve guest concerns promptly and implement action plans to improve service.
• Build an open and honest culture, provide training, regular coaching, recognition and clear accountability.
• Manage sales, costs and profitability, monitor budgets, conduct gap analysis and achieve bottom‑line targets.
• Execute in‑store marketing promotions, support new product rollouts and assist with new restaurant openings.
• Collaborate with support functions to align priorities, communicate goals and turn plans into action.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) operations.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills with a focus on coaching and empowerment.
• Ability to analyse financial performance, control costs and drive profitability.
• Excellent problem‑solving mindset and capacity to act quickly on guest or operational issues.
• Flexibility to work across multiple locations (Bengaluru, NCR, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai).
