Area Manager – B2B Dealer Banker

About the role

The Area Manager – B2B Dealer Banker will lead the acquisition and relationship development of Bajaj Finance Ltd.'s CD dealers across key northern markets. You will drive growth for a portfolio of loan products while ensuring credit quality and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new CD dealers and deepen existing relationships for products such as LAP, Flexi LAP, term loans, working‑capital lines, home loans and business loans.
• Cover northern regions including Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Jaipur and Calcutta.
• Deliver the annual operating plan by meeting targets for loan book size, credit quality, interest spreads and cross‑selling.
• Develop and execute annual account plans for each dealer.
• Monitor performance, track exceptions and manage delinquency recovery efforts.

Required profile

• CA or MBA in Finance with 5‑6 years of SME/commercial lending experience in banks or NBFCs.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in a flat, non‑hierarchical environment.
• High integrity, result‑orientation and ability to handle pressure and multitask.
