Area Controller – Planning, Launch Management & Inventory

About the role

The Area Controller will steer the financial performance of the SAVWIPL business, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting and profit‑and‑loss analysis across the region. This role is responsible for delivering reliable financial KPIs and supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Present financial results to top management in India and HQ according to defined timelines.
• Ensure IFRS and IGAAP compliance for revenue recognition and planning round details.
• Analyse contribution margin and operating results per car and brand for forecast, planning and budget cycles.
• Maintain the controlling booklet and support price maintenance in ATLAS/COMPASS.
• Upload profit and loss data in Vokus/Zeus and collaborate with finance teams on deviation analysis.
• Perform detailed cost‑group analysis and deviation reporting for all car/business lines.

Required profile

• CA, CMA or MBA qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis or related finance functions.

Required skills

• Strong accounting knowledge of IFRS and IGAAP.
• Proficiency with SAP FICO.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Excellent reporting and analytical abilities.
