Architect/Designer – Luxury Villas & Interiors

About the role

Traction Studio is seeking talented Architect/Designers to join our team in Mumbai. You will work on high‑end luxury villas, residential and commercial interiors, and hospitality amenity projects, delivering innovative design solutions from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts aligned with client briefs.
• Create design models, illustrations and professional presentations.
• Maintain and update the project drawing database following studio protocols.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve on‑site issues.
• Streamline workflow between the studio and external collaborators to meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• B.Arch or Interior Design degree (or equivalent diploma).
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in lifestyle, amenities or hospitality architecture and interiors (fresh graduates may also apply for junior roles).
• Proven ability to manage projects under senior guidance and a commitment to stay at least three years.
• Familiarity with market practices, materials, rates and vendor profiles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with industry‑standard design software.
