About the role
BuildNext is seeking a qualified Architect to lead independent residential projects (up to G+4) in Kochi. The role offers the chance to work in a fast‑growing, VR‑enabled construction startup and to shape innovative building solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, prepare plans, drawings, sketches and 3‑D models for residential projects.
- Clarify design details with clients and incorporate feedback.
- Produce sanction drawings and manage the approval process with authorities.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure design compliance and coordinate with the project team.
Required profile
- B.Arch degree from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 4 years of experience handling independent residential projects (G+4).
- Strong design and drawing capabilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under high‑pressure startup environment.
- Team player who can collaborate across departments.
