Architect

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architect with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our Architecture team. The role involves developing designs, BIM/Revit modeling, and collaborating on multidisciplinary projects, with preference for aviation project experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, drawings, and construction documentation.
• Prepare BIM/Revit models and coordinate with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Produce design presentations, reports, and technical specifications.
• Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and resolve technical issues.
• Support project delivery from concept through construction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Experience in consultancy firms is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of BIM workflows and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Good understanding of building construction, materials, and relevant codes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
