About the role
We are seeking a qualified Architect to lead the creation of architectural designs and concepts across a range of projects. The role involves translating client needs into detailed drawings, layouts and presentations, while collaborating closely with consultants and site teams to ensure high‑quality outcomes and timely execution.
Key responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs and concepts that meet client objectives.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and on‑site teams throughout all project phases.
- Monitor project execution to guarantee timely delivery and adherence to quality standards on site.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in SketchUp.
