Architect

About the role

Beyond Fika, a multidisciplinary design studio, is looking for a full‑time Architect to join its Lucknow office. You will translate client needs into functional, aesthetic architectural solutions while upholding the studio’s focus on mindfulness and human‑centred design.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed drawings for residential, commercial and interior projects.
• Prepare plans, sections, elevations and construction documents using industry‑standard software.
• Collaborate with interior designers and multidisciplinary team members throughout the design process.
• Coordinate with clients to capture project requirements and ensure design intent is met.
• Participate in site visits, monitor progress and verify compliance with local regulations, safety standards and sustainability goals.
• Support project documentation, scheduling and continuous improvement of studio workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Professional licensure or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
• Prior experience in residential, commercial or interior architecture projects with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem‑solving abilities within a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp (or similar design and drafting software).
• Familiarity with visualization and 3D rendering tools.
• Sound knowledge of Indian building codes, local regulations, construction methods and sustainable design principles.
