Architect

About the role

We are looking for a qualified architect to develop clear, detailed architectural drawings and oversee projects from concept through construction. The successful candidate will use Auto‑CAD to produce precise diagrams, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure that all work complies with relevant regulations and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create plans and drawings that accurately represent the architectural design of each project.
• Apply engineering, mathematics, science and material knowledge to develop optimal finished products.
• Conduct site evaluations to verify work quality and adherence to safety standards.
• Oversee the construction process, providing recommendations and guidance throughout.
• Collaborate with various teams to define goals, schedules and budgets.
• Perform regular quality‑assurance checks to ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)
• Proven experience in construction and architectural design.
• Strong organisational, creative and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Auto‑CAD.
• Experience with Re‑vit (preferred).
• Experience with PreDCR/EDCR processes (preferred).
• Experience using AI tools to create rendered images (preferred).
