About the role

TERRA INCOGNITA is seeking a skilled Architect to join its multidisciplinary design studio. You will transform client aspirations into built realities across architecture, interior design, and landscaping.

Key responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts, space planning, and detailed designs.
Prepare and review construction drawings, technical documentation, and material specifications.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure design intent is achieved.
Integrate interior design and landscaping elements into cohesive projects.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from an accredited institution.
Professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
Prior experience in an architectural studio or multidisciplinary design firm.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

Proficiency with AutoCAD.
Proficiency with Revit.
Proficiency with SketchUp.
Experience in 3D modeling.
Experience with Rhino.
Experience with rendering software.
