Architect – Full‑time role in Pune

About the role

This full‑time position is based at Voussoirs Architects and Interior Designers in Pune. The Architect will lead design development, coordinate project teams and ensure timely delivery of architectural solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Understand project briefs and translate them into design concepts.
• Prepare and develop drawings, 3‑D models, visualisations and related documentation.
• Assist in coordinating the internal design team and liaise with external consultants and vendors.
• Take ownership of specific design areas as assigned by the project leader.
• Contribute to project meetings and support overall project development.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience working in an architectural practice in Maharashtra.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proactive attitude, capable of taking initiative and meeting deadlines under pressure.
• Good knowledge of building codes, regulations and the architect’s coordination role.
• Flexibility to adopt new ways of working and commitment to continuous learning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software.
• Experience using SketchUp and Adobe Illustrator.
• Familiarity with BIM tools (desirable).
• Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
