Architect – Full‑time, On‑site in Gandhinagar

About the role

P&J is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Architect to join its Gandhinagar studio. The role involves creating architectural concepts, preparing detailed design drawings, and ensuring that design intent is faithfully executed throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and produce comprehensive design documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design consultants to integrate all building systems.
• Meet with clients to capture requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Review construction progress, provide clarifications on site, and ensure compliance with codes and quality standards.
• Assist project scheduling, workflow management, and support overall project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• Strong foundation in architectural design and experience integrating structural, services, and interior elements.
• Ability to support project‑management activities such as planning and progress monitoring.
• Familiarity with local building regulations and construction practices, preferably in Gandhinagar.
• Effective communication and documentation skills for multidisciplinary teamwork.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Experience using Revit.
• Knowledge of SketchUp and basic rendering tools.
• Understanding of local building codes and safety standards.
